I own delivery planning, sprint cadence, release readiness, and executive reporting, and I make the go or no-go call on releases.

On the technical side: a Next.js front end with a Strapi headless CMS and Python services, a custom survey application for feedback and audience insights, AI tooling embedded into code review and prototyping, the lead pipeline on Microsoft Dynamics 365, hosting infrastructure and security, and the analytics stack behind every launch.
